Everyone ready to blame we, but there comes a time when THE PLAYERS have to take responsibility for their own performances. We're not the ones making them slack off In training, we're not the one's making them get complacent when they face the tail, and we're not the one's forcing them to play poor shots  . With that said though, it's just a warm-up and they will only be judged when the real thing starts. Winning or losing warm-ups means nothing. Our ladies got hammered by Australia In a warm-up before the last t20 world cup, they then went on to hammer Aus in the final. Same thing with the guys when they got hammered by SL before we won our first t20, they too then went on to beat SL In the final.

With these performances no opposition team will 'fear' West Indies ... and this is only qualifying for the main event. Nobody with a realistic assessment of West Indies performances can say that a batting collapses is unlikely!

That might be true, but you're the ones picking them when they slack off in training...if the attitude remains poor, and they're still selected, it sends a bad message.

In contrast, when Russell, Bravo and Pollard turn up for their IPL teams, they're fully committed in training, etc.

But wait!!!, NOW it's Ok to drop the primadonnas? :o

What do you think we've been battling for so long? You think it's been all about "money"? :? If you heard the truth about how some of these players have acted on the training pitch and towards their coaches, you wouldn't believe it. There's a REASON Gibbo fell out with many of them whilst Simmo was often seen laughing and joking with them, do the maths.

And of course dem IPL man dem "act accordingly" when they go to the IPL, because they know they are easily replaceable if they act up. The same cannot be said for WI. When we take action the whole region explodes and points fingers at us so we can't win either way  .

According to you there are still prima Donna them in the team and you lot refuse to do anything about them. Hypocrites!
8-)
West indies have an easy win over Papua new Guinea. That's our level.

Carlos took a five fer. Holder made 99 not out.

Zimbabwe have pulled out the school children to watch west indies vs Ireland. Why can't the trough dwellers in the wicb do the same for the games against the Lions at Coolidge?
