'A riot broke out in east London on Friday night after a protest over the death of Rashan Charles descended into violence. Molotov cocktails, fireworks and bottles were hurled at police officers in Dalston, east London, and rudimentary road blocks were made and set on fire. Shop windows were smashed and graffiti was painted on buildings, and late-night businesses were forced to close their doors.'

There's a lot of anger on the streets of London
And the authorites are using the public unrest that stems from this anger as an opportunity to put into practice ideas and theories on crowd control that have been planned long ago.

Unfortunately, these angry yutes will break the 'law - for justice - only to be arrested at a later when mobilising a more cohesive response would have more effect.

A targeted boycotting of the name brands they so love to sport - which are merely coporate logos for the ptb they claim to oppose so fiercely - would incur less casualties and still hit them where it hurts most, in the pocket.

"Yes Pakistani men are disproportionately involved in grooming gangs, and no, that is not a racist statement. Neither is it racist to say that when it comes to wider child abuse nearly 90 per cent of those convicted and on the sex offenders register are white men"

'One of the obstacles all these abolitionists had to overcome was the influence of Nelson, who was what you would now call, without hesitation, a white supremacist. While many around him were denouncing slavery, Nelson was vigorously defending it. Britain’s best known naval hero – so idealised that after his death in 1805 he was compared to no less than “the God who made him” – used his seat in the House of Lords and his position of huge influence to perpetuate the tyranny, serial rape and exploitation organised by West Indian planters, some of whom he counted among his closest friends.'

'When I was a student there in the early seventies, the university epitomised imperial hubris and white supremacy. It was no place for students like me, old colonial subjects, well-read and feisty. During a tutorial I said that the British government backed Idi Amin’s takeover of Uganda, which was a fact. The Professor said I was a “dangerous nuisance” and threw me out. Asian and black Oxbridge students today tell me they feel they can’t belong because their stories are disregarded, their Britishness questioned.'

What Mary Seacole said in her autobiography about the racism she experienced when she tried to join Florence Nightingale's corps:

“Once again I tried, and had an interview this time with one of Miss Nightingale’s companions. She gave me the same reply, and I read in her face the fact, that had there been a vacancy, I should not have been chosen to fill it. Did these ladies shrink from accepting my aid because my blood flowed beneath a somewhat duskier [darker] skin than theirs?”

And yet, when the BBC portrayed Nightingale as being racist towards Seacole, the media were outraged, and forced the BBC to apologise:
