At the London Anniversary Games on Friday and Saturday, Jamaican superstar Usain Bolt will run in the men's 100m, alongside compatriots Kemar Bailey-Cole and Nesta Carter, as well as Kim Collins of St Kitts-Nevis, American Mike Rodgers, Frenchman Jimmy Vicaut, and a number of token Brits.

The women's 400m will feature Jamaicans Steph MacPherson, Novlene Williams-Mills and Christine Day up against Americans Francena McCorory and Natasha Hastings.

In the men's 200m, Jamaicans Nickel Ashmeade and Julian Forte will take on Britain's Anguilla-born Zharnel Hughes, and Frenchman Christophe Lemaitre. In the women's equivalent, Jamaica's Elaine Thompson will take on Americans Tori Bowie and Sanya Richards-Ross.

Jamaicans Jason Morgan will participate in the men's discus, Janieve Russell in the women's 400m hurdles, and Kimberley Williams in the women's triple jump.

In front of a crowd of 40,000 cheering supporters, Jamaican superstar won the men's 100m in a time of 9.87, ahead of American Mike Rodgers (9.90) and another Jamaican, Kemar Bailey-Cole (9.92).

There was an American 1-2 in the women's 400m, with Natasha Hastings winning in 50.24, and Francena McCorory second in 50.67, while Steph McPherson of Jamaica came third with 50.91.

The men's 200m was won by Anguilla-born Zharnel Hughes, now running for Britain, in 20.05.

Olga Rypakova of Kazakhstan won the women's triple jump with 14.33, while Jamaica's Kimberley Williams of Jamaica was second with 14.15.

Jamaica's Elaine Thompson clocked 22.10 to win the women's 200m, leaving American great hope Torri Bowie (22.32) trailing in her wake.

The men's 200m at Stockholm on Thursday will feature Jamaican Nickel Ashmeade going up against Britain's Anguilla-born Zharnel Hughes, Alonso Edward of Panama, and Frenchman Christophe Lemaitre.

In the women's 100m, Jamaicans Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Natasha Morrison will go up against Tori Bowie and Tianna Madison.

Jamaican Aleen Bailey will participate in the women's 200m, while Machel Cedenio of Trinidad and Jamaica's Rusheen McDonald will be in the men's 400m. Jamaican Kaliese Spencer makes her return from injury to run in the women's 400m hurdles, Trinidad's Cleopatra Borel will take part in the women's shot putt, and Kimberley Williams of Jamaica will participate in the women's triple jump.

In the final Diamond League meet before the World Champs, Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce sent out a message that she will be hard to beat, when she romped to an easy 10.93 at Stockholm, despite a poor start in cold conditions, easily beating American hopeful Torri Bowie (11.05) and Jamaican team-mate Natasha Morrison (11.22).

Another Jamaican, Rusheen McDonald, let the men's 400m for most of the race, before fading to sixth with 45.55, while Trinidad's Machel Cedenio catapulted from sixth on the straight to first with a scintillating run, winning in 44.97.

Cedenio did well to reach the men's 400m final, and to anchor Trinidad to silver in the relay.

Now, it's time for the Zurich DL meet:

Four Jamaicans and two Trinidadians will take part in the women's 100m at the Zurich Diamond League meet on Thursday. Jamaicans Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Elaine Thompson and Natasha Morrison will all feature, along with Trinidadians Michelle-Lee Ahye and Kelly-Ann Baptiste.

The men's 400m will feature Kirani James of Grenada, and Bahamian Steven Gardiner. Jamaicans Rashid Dwyer and Nickel Ashmeade, as well as Miguel Francis of Antigua, will all be taking part in the men's 200m.

Jamaicans Kaliese Spencer and Janieve Russell will be in action in the women's 400m hurdles, while their compatriot Annsert Whyte will participate in the men's equivalent. Shane Brathwaite of Barbados will run in the 110m hurdles.

Jamaica's Jason Morgan will take part in the men's discus, while Shara Proctor of Britain and Anguilla will participate in the women's long jump, and Donald Thomas of the Bahamas will be in the men's high jump.

Caribbean athletes finished among the overall Diamond Winners after the Zurich Diamond League meet on Thursday.

Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce won the women's 100m in typical dominant style, clocking 10.93 to win comfortably ahead of Blessing Okagbare of Nigeria (10.98) and American Tori Bowie (11.06). The Jamaican won the diamond for the women's 100m for the season.

American Lashawn Merritt won the men's 400m in 44.18, ahead of Kirani James of Grenada (44.28) and Wade van Niekerk of South Africa (44.35). However, James won the diamond for a more consistent season.

Alonso Edward of Panama won the men's 200m in 20.03, ahead of Jamaica's Rasheed Dwyer (20.20). Edward also took home the diamond.

In the men's 100m at the Brussels Diamond League meet on Friday, Jamaicans Nesta Carter and Asafa Powell will take on American Justin Gatlin, and Ramon Gittens of Barbados.

In the women's 200m, Jamaicans Elaine Thompson and Sherone Simpson will take on American Allyson Felix and Dafne Schippers of the Netherlands. In the men's equivalent, Gatlin will go up against Nickel Ashmeade of Jamaica and Antigua's Miguel Francis.

In the women's 400m, Jamaicans Steph McPherson, Novlene Williams-Mills and Christine Day will take on Americans Francena McCrorory and Natasha Hastings, as well as Shaunae Miller of the Bahamas. Jamaicans Peter Matthews and Rusheen McDonald, as well as Trinidad's Renny Quow, will be in the men's equivalent.

Jamaican Jason Morgan will take part in the men's discus, and his compatriot Kimberley Williams will participate in the women's triple jump, while Jeffrey Giibson of the Bahamas will run in the men's 400m hurdles, and Trinidad's Keshorn Walcott will be in the men's javelin.

LOL in see usain DOPE can't even be bothered to run again this year!!!...another nail in the coffin of this corrupt sport when it's biggest star would rather go out and party than line up next to CHEATS!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
