to pick this young man and give him the captaincy over everyone else must go down in history.

Angelo is one fine player and leader.

he is a very tough out..very consistent, averaging 46+ and he is a tough leader indeed who has clearly won the loyalty of his side

Lanka in Mathews have done wonderful for themselves and brought a truly attractive personality to the game

Leaders identify them selves, through right action. 160 to save a match, which then sets his team up to win, very tidy.

Having searched for a captain in a fair and meritous manner I'm sure it didn't take SL cricket too long to make the choice.

The style of their celebrations Vs the English can't be acted out. They more than simply tolerate each others presence, unlike some former players in other teams.

The captain must naturally take a lot of credit for that too.

Very very good player and if we had him in the number six position our team would be hugely enhanced. In a way Mathews is what Russell really should have been...but t20s just mash up Andre in the end.

Moving forward Raymon Reifer looks a talent...as does Hosein, having a quality alrounder is such a huge bonus in todays climate.

Dwayne Bravo is that man. he has the talent..demonstrated it from the start at the top level of the game, but has never fulfilled it.

he is a pain in the arse. he frustrated the crap out of Lara. he can bat anywhere anywhere from #1 to #6. he has done all excellently to demonstrate he has it all. but he is so inconsistent he is tears

Don't you mean Scammy instead of Russell? Why you picking on Russell and not the chosen one?
