Tom Graveney,

A cricketer whose batting I recall being commented on and reading about in Wisden as a boy.

Tom Graveney was one of the finest Cricketers England ever produced , in my opinion , he was an attacking batsman , unlike the dour batting of most England Players , It is my understanding that
the ECB , was not a fan of Graveney . As a Youngster , my friends & I always stated that the only
2 English batsmen in their time , worth seeing at the crease were Tom Graveney & Ted Dexter .
