no. I haven't read any as a matter of fact

what travel books do it to familiarise west indians with the west indies, and knit the people together. that is the import of travel books in an overall literature

it is important that the narratives are also enlightening and fosters fusion.

from the titles I suspect a lot are like that...which is why I posted the links.

I will check with a reader and author friend of mind who would have an idea of which are useful in the regard I described

I agree these are only viable to the travel books..But Caribbean are also known for their rich legacy and amazing culture.. :) :)
