You're never too old to improve your mind, they say....
8-)
I did my first degree at UWI, but foolishly went into the job market before going on to do further studies. Now, I'm studying again, and it's hard work.

But it's all paid off - I've just received news that I have got my Masters! A pass with merit! I am so happy, not even Afro can upset me now....

Congratulations Mike, I salute you for your "sterling" effort in recognition of the excellence & discipline you have shown in your chosen field.

I'm sure that you don't presume your learning days to be at an end as your recent accomplishment is testimony to the fact that you are never to old to learn and each new day presents more opportunity to do so.

Yeah, I'm now exploring opportunities to get a doctorate. I want to accomplish that before returning to the Caribbean, and hopefully I will be able to use those skills back ah yard....

I've now enrolled to do my PHD at Southampton Uni, starting next month....
