Yes, Afro, this
WICB is moving forward...when have I heard that before?
I might be Jamaican, but that doesn't mean I don't recognise a Samfie when I see one. Afro, given your tenuous Caribbean roots, you probably don't know what a Samfie is, so don't be embarrassed to ask me to explain what a Samfie is.

"As the West Indies team continues to regain strength, the
WICB will be able to negotiate more for our brand, which is a most significant consideration. Also, where the
WICB hosts unprofitable tours, we will now be able to access the newly proposed Test Match Fund to help offset costs. We can inform you now that the
WICB has already secured commitments from the major boards to play an increased number of matches and series during the next eight-year cycle."
1) It seems that Dave's plans to earn more revenue is conditional on our team "regaining strength". Newsflash, Dave - that's not guaranteed!
2) How much money is in the "newly proposed" Test Match Fund?
3) Exactly what commitments have been received from the "major boards", and how many of these commitments are different from what was already in the FTP that Dave is happy to see ended?
