I think the time is drawing near for him to retire from the shorter versions of the game, maybe after this World Cup....

But he's still one of our best batsmen at the Test level.

a good opinion. that indeed may be the case! I hope now however and that he may just respond to all the noise aout him with a good score next game.

maybe the personal attacks will do what a Sammy-led team cant!

Shiv has servered WI like a champion. Don't he deserve a good chance to reserve his bad patch?

I like all this. the same people who begging reasonableness for shive could find no such concern in their hearts for one Brian Lara who served his nation even more than Shive has!

I am on shives side man and wont even think of droping him if he dose not score for the next year as a whole!

if he is done he would have to quit on his own. I wud not push anyone like shive under any circumstances. but I remember Lara and how it was with him. and I am not happy about it at all at all.

not that my unphappiness matters in the least. but I remember!

maps, you making bold statements, too bad they are false! :o

I for one was never happy when Lara was pushed out. Remember Lara retired from ODI about 1 year before WC! Yet they bring him back in the team and he failed. Lara pused himself out!

This is not the same with Shiv!

Shiv still has steam left!
