T&T survey school kids have been drinkin and smoking

A survey says some primary school children in this country have been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. With the help of the National Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Programe investigations have found that by the time children reach the age of 13, they have already tried alcohol and marijuana.

Health Minister Therese Baptiste-Cornelis yesterday delivered a health status report on world health day. She says it shows that ten year olds are using drugs. Details of several surveys are now contained in the report. A report compiled by the Caribbean Food and Nutrition Institute also reveals that 23 percent of primary school students and 25 percent of secondary school aged children are overweight while 14 percent are underweight.

when politicians speak always ask the relevant and obvious questions: where is the report, can we get it to vet it?

what are the relevant stats! can you tells us the % of children who smoke drugs? break it down for us... how many smoke ganja, how many smoke krak and drink 'alkohol'?

how do they aquire the drugs...what is the system of distribution of drugs to the children. who are involved in such a system of distribution?

where do the drugs come from...how does it get into Titty...is any manufactured and grown locally?

by whom? is the police on the case? when can we expect results, arrets and busts... for the law is surely being broken hugely in all this?

who were the compilers of the stats report? are they credible..the stats and the people who put them together?
