As has been the case in recent years, the players will be engaged in two formats- the CG Insurance Women’s Super50 Cup and the CWI T20 Blaze. “Guyana and West Indies player Shemaine Campbelle will once again lead the team, which comprises a balance of experienced and young players,” the Guyana Cricket Board said. “The composition of the team is expected to assist in giving the Guyana Women’s team a good opportunity to lift the two CWI Regional titles in 2023.” Guyana will play its first game of the CG United Super 50 Cup against the Windward Islands on May 8.
