but westindies cricket is indeed done.

Gibbo is trying to build side he belives will win. he believes he must toss the seniors.

he is wrong of course but it is too late for any resolutuion. there is by now no way that the seniours can play for the westrindies under Gibbo and Sammy and give of their best.

there is no scenario that I see under which they may be included for Gibbo does not want them and Sammy cannot lead them.

so for all practical purposes Gayle, Shive and Sarwan have played their last for the wesindies.

there also appears to be little possibility that lil Bravo, Devon Smith, Barath, Samuels and sknash can do better than a side including the 3 seniors wud do.

and what is worse westindies still does not have the bowling to trouble any test side in the world unless Roach morphs into a young Wesley hall, and Edwards can be as good as he had bceome by the time of his injury

if Roach and Edwards turn out to be a terrible tandem we have a chance not to disgrace. that being unlikely however westindies is headed straight to the ends and bottom of the cricket world.
