Then today during the interval of the final one-day game in Guyana these words were attributed to Chanderpaul:
"When John Dyson was the coach, he never said anything to me. 'You know what to do, just go do your job... Bennett King told me you know how to bat... But now we have people who are telling me how to bat... Meetings, meetings, meetings, telling you how to bat... Meetings don't finish until they get the answer they want... Chasing you off the field, wanting to send you home..."
Are outsiders stirring things up even more? Is there another agenda at play here aimed at further destablising the team?
