West Indies players Raymon Reifer, Matthew Forde, and Chemar Holder are named in Barbados Pride’s 13-man squad for the 2025 West Indies Four-Day Championship opening match against Guyana Harpy Eagles. The two sides meet from January 29 at the National Stadium, Providence. Though the Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) has not announced a captain, former Guyana Harpy Eagles all-rounder Reifer will likely take up the role. Several of their first-choice players are also unavailable due to international commitments. He will have some promising talents such as Kevin Wickham, Jair McAllister, and Zachary McCaskie in support as the only two sides to win the Championship since the Professional Cricket League commenced in 2014 will battle for top honours. Pride is expected to arrive in Guyana on Sunday, January 26.
