Indian players who prefer IPL to Test cricket against the Windies....
1) Sehwag
2) Gambhir
3) Tendulkar
4) Yuvraj
That's of course if Yuvi was in the running for the Test team. He's chosen the IPL over the ODI squad, anyway....
Sehwag and Gambhir knew they had injuries from the WC, but carried them into the IPL, because of the big bucks at stake, aggravated those injuries, and will miss the IPL as a result.
Sachin clearly has the time to play in the IPL, but not in a Test series in the Caribbean....
So, West Indians are not the only players who put the IPL ahead of national duties.

I agree with mapoui, that's no second XI, that's a very good team. I hope when they get their share of licks they don't complain.
As a matter of fact, with a team like that I think it makes for a more interesting series. We also have some very young and talented players looking to establish themselves as proper international performers i.e. Bharath, Bravo, Bishoo, Roach and Rampaul.
We are finally looking as if we will be able to field a bowling attack that can consistently take 20 wickets and given the performance of the pacers under Gibson, the revelation of Bishoo and the possible come back of Fidel, Taylor and Benn, I say without any reservations that India won't have it as easy as they may think....mark my words.
