there is somethng wrong with that?

yu see yu are not even considering the fact of late developers/development...a principle when it comes to sports..indeed anything at all.

a youngster starts full of potential..like your bwoy Powell.. but does not do as well as quickly as expected. he recedes from the spotlight and in a few yeas he begins to express all that was expected from him earlier.

yu have to be on the lookout for developments like that. this in fact could be exactly what Fudadin represents.

i dont know but I have to consider that if the young man is scoring. and he ought to be given the chance once he establshes the creds
I'm sure Fudadin will get his chance soon, what i'm saying is FOR THIS LAST SERIES he couldn't be considered yet because his LIST A average is only 22, mek him finish this series with Guyana and then take things from there, we don't even know if his good form will be seen in the shorter formats yet, if he doesn't make the Test squad then he will play for the A-team and then we will see how he copes at that level.

yu prefer Powell based on 1 innings in tests in India, 1 ton in dung heap...and a whole lot of failues. Fudadin had not been bad in dung heap and was having a very good season.

I thnik Powell did not have a chance. so who is thinking through or not thinking through. by any calculation Powell was a foolish pik.

and if the public choice had been between johnson charles and Fudadin if Charles had gotten 1 exact vote he wud have gotten a lot..even in st lucia.

so who is thinking and who is not
Powell has hit big scores at A-TEAM LEVEL aswell plus a ton against ENGLAND LIONS, so he at least proved that he could perform, Powell also hit a 70 against Bangledash to go along with the 80 vs India, you can question the yute's ability if you want but Fudadin HAS NOT DONE IT AT THAT LEVEL YET, that is why Powell was picked ahead of him, and rightly so, Fudadin has come into the spotlight now though and this is the time when he has to grow and show everyone that he is the real deal, just like Kirk Edwards done last year, even now his FC average is way below Powell's so it's no surprise that Powell has been favoured.

in retrospect i will give yu that on Powell

yet powell looks bad man..terrible. and his inability to score is a problem I sensed of him long time now.

Powell is a certain type like that. his only chance is as a late developer. If I had to bet on his future it wud be as a dung heap bully at best.

I wud even have picked charles ahead of hin..sight unseen..based on his english 30+..so confident I am of my insight on Powell. most times I am right on players an I cant see that Powell will make it despite all is pretty skills.

DwayneS and Fuda wud have been ahead of him in my book. and I would have asked shive to come back in an amergency were I the wicb
