Anyone knows why WICB name theT20 tournament "Caribbean T20" ?

who created the schedule for the CT20? Why WICB WASTING money to carry the laggers to T&T? It was already decided who will be in the semis, why carry the rest for a free ride? I'm sure this makes good business sense. And if it wasn't decided already, they should have played the preliminary rounds in Barbados and the playoff in T&T. oh well we turn di corner eh :)
