what do you think about this?
a maximum of four fielders to be allowed outside the 30-yard circle in the non-Powerplay overs and the number of permitted short pitched balls should increase from one per over to two.

They keep tampering with the ODI system to try and make it more 'interesting'....

Maybe they should just accept that with the advent of T20 cricket, ODIs are fast becoming an anachronism.
