Yep I always remember to take all my 10 pills.

Now I can relax and watch Graeme Smith and Jacques Kallis bat. England all out for 385.

To each his own - a man rather watch de WI "revival" than foreign cricket.

There was some seriously good cricket at the Oval today with SA coming back well with the ball and then having to fight after the early dismissal of Petersen.

Pick a test side from England,South Africa and the West Indies and no West Indian getting close - ha ha ha ha ha.

This is class batting by Smith and Amla.

What the batsmen have done and Smith in particular is work their way through the difficult periods.

The current lot of WI players (except Shiv) would probably have played some stupid shot and got out. The pitch is slow and now it is not offering anything for the faster bowlers. There is some turn but it is slow turn.

spot on Nicky... England would be happy to take the new ball in a few overs else we could see a double from one of these batters.

My first time watching Amla bat. He is good and played some beautiful shots through the offside.

you have to be good to make it in the SA team. There is no free ride, man have to pull me weight or overboard yuh go.. Amla is smooth as silk, with good stats...

Amla has a better ODI SR (and average) than Viv, yet he is not known as a big hitter.
