Jamaica's Alia Atkinson won her heat in 1:07.39 - a PB!
Of course, swimming is done on times, so we'll have to see if it's good enough to get into the semis....

Semis of the men's 200m freestyle....
Brett Fraser of Cayman sixth in 1:47.01 after leading for most of the race.
Atkinson came fourth in her women's 100m breaststroke semi after leading for most of the race, in a time of 1:07.48. Could she have to go thru a swim-off with her Canadian rival to get into the final?
EDIT: Atkinson wins the swim-off with a time of 1:06.79, and reaches the final of the women's 100m breaststroke....

Lithuanian wins....American Soni second. Jamaican Alia Atkinson started the race fast, fell back at the turn, but finished strongly to come in fourth in 1:06.93.
