UVA Next won the Srilanka Premier League final match in the absence of Cris Gayles. Dilshan Munaweera took the challenge as a Captain to fulfill the gap occurred due to Gayles injury. However, the question was would the team would be able to survive without this westindian super batsman. But Dilshan Munaweera answered the question with result ; he not only succeeded to survive his team but also managed to win the league title.
