the american taxpayer will pay for it.
the actions of the AU are to securitise the exploitation of Africa by western multinationals. that is the purpse of Africom, in conjunction with the african elites.
america gets back its money by the vast exploitation of africa by the corpporate greeds free of charge in this manner...the american taxpayer pays the military bill, the corporate greeds grab the profits from the mineral flow from the african earth.
blac people die by the millions, their lands sequestered, they are pushed off to die in city slums. blac lands are ravaged by corporate exploitation that has even less concern for the african environment that they do in the west.
the abject stupidity and sickness of blac people are exposed by the foolishness, absolute despotism and gross human indecency of leaders like Burnham, Mobutu Sese Seko, Musaveni who is a staunch christian, Paul Kagame mass murderer extraordinaire, Buffoon Jacob Zuma, Melles Zenawi another unusual killer, king Patrick Manning, Obama and Michelle, modern day Louis 14 and queen Marie...and all their minions and wannabes around them and waiting in the wings..people like Al Sharpton and Jesse jackson, the entire westindian, american blac elites?

I always held hat blac people wree better than the rest of humanity, more humane, would take better care of the world. I was intllectually unsound in that contention, one of emotion rather than hard observation and common sense.
