If Biggie was doing business courses one would see implementation of some things he has learnt over the
years at school . Any thing new that you can recollect. A bigger Hammer doesn't count.
His idea of control is to ban posters from time to time. There are no consistency to this ,since its not a
level playing field. A business man wouldn't do that .
His comments I noticed when posters complain , I didn't see it . I have a life don't have time for you "TROLLS".
He comes across with this superior attitude , often it is to hide flaws we all have.hmmmmm
He has banned some creative posters ,from the comments in the back room . You never do that ,one
controls the situation before it gets to that stage.Biggie thinks its him the posters love ,its isn't . The
topics must be creative and require thought .Isn't it how we increase our knowledge . Picture, having all
these banned individuals on that forum , yes it would be humming ,if rules were applied before it became
unbearable . A good manager knows how to do this . Can Biggie and his side kick do this ,its obvious, NO.
I would have given 20% of the company to key posters , have a team meeting and plan and show them my
business plan . Biggie and his troll cannot reach it ,with help of posters it can be done.Is he familiar what
a business plan entails . I don't think so. Its to late for him now , the site carries a stigma to it , that
will be hard to over come.
Biggie started this forum most likely without much thought and it shows ,he doesn't have the capabilities
to grow it ,its stagnant. Individuals like biggie are clueless and will not give up control , its mine, I started
it , don't tell me what to do ? The business dies a slow death . One must be aware when our abilities can
no longer be beneficial and let others handle it with a track record of doing such.
In the last merge phase of the world economy , Cricinfo was sold to Espn . Why wasn't cc.com not in similar
position , it needs equity to grow . Investors scan management to see what they have in business acumen
and common sense , by my brief comments you can see they are sorely lacking . No one will take such risks.
Some of the posters mentioned you have on this forum , I looked at them and their contribution at cc.com ,
its laughable , yet one bans posters like Boomer , Black Prince , Soca etc etc plus I see names like Mackenzie, baron , jaydee, riki , MLG , Fan Attick etc etc being mentioned in the back room. Now look at the ones kept .You made wrong choices Biggie.
Boomer was labeled a racist , why did he speak the truth . I saw 4 at that site that could have the same label
just in the last two weeks based on comments made .They must be sacred cows of Biggie .
I am assuming that money is made on the amount of visits , so you ban your most creative peeps and leave
fall downs to man the fort . Business is not run that way .
The insularity ,anger and hostility can be channeled by a good management , to make them thought provoking , creative , to see the other side . At present all one sees is you lie , he lie ,they lies , how fruitful
is that ,one group against the other not in a debate but personal attacks. No use in me going further.
If Biggie and side kick had any inkling of business, I wouldn't be writing this today wouldn't I .

I understand its been over 10 years and no MBA yet. Even Southward got his Doctorate in 25 years the old geezer.I wonder if Biggie can qualify and get his like Southward under the Equal Opportunities program .
