"In most cases where Gayle don't make runs, WI will lose"
ah who wonder who said that?
That was Gils wasn't it? :D

Only 2 problems are that:
1) Chris Gayle doesn't relaise it
2) Chris Gayle cares not to make runs so that we can see if the inverse is ALWAYS true.

If the selectors are picking Gayle as an all-rounder then he ought to be dropped immediately ... he aint performing as an opening bat much less a wicket taking, match turning, Right-arm off-break bowler.

Maybe in the West Indies setup the term "all-rounder" is for those players who ought to be discarded for not performing in their primary role but nonetheless continue to be selected ... sometimes even MUST be selected. Darren Sammy another all-rounder.

Well done for keeping the Gayle issue alive Howzdat!!..the man is simply living on past performances and looks a shadow of his former self!!..how many times does Powell have to outperform him for the selectors to see that? i think it's time to develop the Brathwaite and Powell partnership now!!..Gayle is a waste of space just like the wukless captain.

Chris Gayle gorges on Chingri Macher Malai Curry, Rosogolla (click for more)

A real shame that he was unable to 'gorge' on the Indian test match bowling - his series scores:

18, 33, 11 and 35

howzdat wrote:...I note also that with 5879 views this topic is just a thousand or so off Mr. Gayle's Test aggregate score :P :P Thanks allyuh really madder than me so I better put my head down, graft hard, post more garbage and hope that the trend continues so that I can reach my target
Tests 99
innings 174
not outs 9
runs 6933 only (in my opinion)

ODIs 254
Innings 249
not outs 17
runs 8743 only (in my opinion)
highest 153*

So as we can see that the views of this topic far outstrips Gayle Test runs scored :P :P :P , and i bet he aint gonna catch up with 8436 anytime soon in tests.

307 views required to eclipse his current test match total ... so i will up my game - and hope he does his - for the NW series and we see how it all comes out in the wash.

Allyuh real crazy ... unless is me one clicking the link to massage the figures :P :P :P
