Lakmal to Gayle, OUT, plumb lbw first ball! what a start for Sri Lanka and Pallekele. The big wicket of Chris Gayle, Lakmal sets off on a Shoaib Akhtar-style airplane celebration, it was pitching on offstump and came in a touch, Gayle was looking to defend but misses, hit on the knee roll and Rauf raises the finger, it would have gone on to hit middle and off
CH Gayle lbw b Lakmal 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Darren Bravo looked more and more like a reincarnation of Lara....
And Smith looked good too!
Bad light stopped play with the Windies on 69-1, though I must say I was a little puzzled with Sanga's bowler rotation.
Pity about Barath being ill, but so far Smith has taken his opportunity. The thing is, he's approaching the nervous 40s, where he usually gets out....
Shilly's been replaced by Pascal, which is undertandable, because his confidence seems to have been shot by his being reported for his action. Pascal might just add a bit of zip on this wicket....
