Machel Cedenio of Trinidad destroyed the field to win the men's 400m in 45.13, while Tyler Mason of Jamaica ran an excellent 13.06 for silver in the 110m hurdles final.
It was Jamaica's turn to mine gold yesterday, with Jaheel Hyde destroying the opposition to win the men's 400m hurdles in a time of 49.29.
Another Jamaican, Michael O'Hara, had to settle for bronze in the men's 200m, while a third, Christoff Bryan was fourth on countback in the men's high jump.
