Of the 258 medals on offer at the 36 Olympic games Germany gained 59, which is 22 % while Jamaica took 13 of the 50 available at the 2012 games, 26 %.

So, objectively speaking, Jamaican achievments are " superior " to Germanys under the nazi's That such a feat is accomplished by a nation of no more than 3 m, is unquestionably " unique ".
