I also doubt there will be any significant changes...maybe someone sits for Blackwood, but I doubt we'll see much else.
The problem is that the cupboard is bare. Only three batsmen scored more than 500 runs and still averaged over 45 in the PCL - Shiv Chanderpaul, Kyle Hope and Jahmar Hamilton. The fools in the WICB forced Shiv to retire, and he's now playing county cricket in England, so that door has closed. So, we're left with an opening batsman and a wicketkeeper, who probably won't do much better than Shai Hope or Vishaul Singh.
Anyway, I'm off to Jamaica the end of the week, for a couple of weeks, so I will only come on sporadically. I'll be busy presenting a paper at the ACIJ on the Maroons, and doing further research in the AICJ. I doubt many peeps in Jamaica will be following the Test series, but I will try to tune in from time to time. Most of my time will be taken up preparing for my return to Jamaica, which will be for good, hopefully before the end of the year!
