Palin did a great job energing the Tea Partiers, but Palin will never be elected President.

The Democrats are hoping and praying that Palin will be the Republican nominee in 2012.

That wont happen.

What wud happen is Obama will be a one term president.

it will all depend on what the economy is doing right before election.

Bill Clinton was able to return by moving to the middle and work with the repub congress.

Can Obama do that? Plus, the tea party might end up hurting the repubs, like Ross Perot.

its all up in the air right now. I won't call it either way.

googs.

the tea party is a movement not a political party.

tea partiers are members of the republican party.

perot was a member of a 3rd party. the independent party.

what i wud like to see the tea partiers do is keep the RINO's(republican in name only) honest or vote them out.

anyway you are right. if the economy recovers by 2012 obama will be given a 2nd term.

that's how it works in the usa.

right now obama looks like a one term president.

but 2 years is a long time.

things can change.

I hear you. But here is the problem. The Tea Party candidates made specific pleadges and if they can't carry it out, they will be changed. one such pleadge is reversal of the health care bill. If they start behaving like typical politicians, they are out of there! that spells trouble for the Repubs and works right into the hands of the democrats.

It will be an interesting 2 years!
