not on time at least9.35am local time Hello and welcome to the third day of this third Test in Pallekele, and no surprises - it's drizzling again. Forget about the game starting on time, and stay tuned in for more updates. Plenty of rain through the night, some more in the morning and the ground is under covers. Lovely backdrop to this ground, plenty of greenery, thanks in good part also to the rain. Good for the environmentalists, bad for cricket.
