These guys need as much help as possible to make the jump to the international level. It would be a shame if they don’t get the necessary support to help them cope with the demands of world cricket.
i am saying I have realized that the coach, Gibson, does not appear to be smart enough to see this obvious pattern the game has always taken, and in the case of his players, Bravo at the monent, deal effectively with it

so do we need a real head coach? At this time West Indies is trying to bring in youngsters into the big side, it would be a shame if they don't get proper support. If they are not guided and supported properly, we will just turn another corner in a long winded road to nowhere.

But we don't have a stable captian, if he can't command a place on the team. What about the manager?

Is there any reason to be concerned about Lil Bravo? Yes, I think so....

Maybe batting one down is too much responsibility to be heaped on one so young. We have five ODis coming up against Pakistan, and I hope he's not played in all of them. He needs to rest from the 50-overs game, to play some four-day cricket against Jamaica, and to get his mind in place for the Tests in May. I think Marlon Samuels is pressuring him for his place in the Test side.
