So, now it's on to Oslo for Thursday's DL meet....
Jamaicans Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell will have their rematch over the 100m, along with their compatriot Lerone Clarke, and Brits Marlon Devonish and Mark Lewis-Francis. In the women's equivalent, Jamaican Sherri-Ann Brooks will take on Abiodun Oyepitan of Britain and American Gloria Asumnu.
In the women's 200m, Brooks will compete against alongside compatriots Kerron Stewart and Sherone Simpson, with Oyepitan leading the British charge. Jamaicans Patricia Hall and Shericka Williams will go up against Amantle Montsho of Botswana in the women's 400m.
Over the men's 400m hurdles, Jehue Gordon of Trinidad will take on Britain's David Greene and SOuth Africans Cornel Fredericks and LJ van Zyl. The men's triple jump will feature Leevan Sands of the Bahamas, and taking part in the women's long jump will be Anguilla's Shara Proctor, who will be jumping for Britain.

In another sensational finish at Oslo this time, Jamaican Usain Bolt overhauled his front-running compatriot Asafa Powell with 10-15 metres to go in the men's 100m, winning in a time of 9.79, pushing Powell back to second (9.85), with another Jamaican, Lerone Clarke, third in 10.10.
Botswana's Amantle Montsho won the women's 400m in a time of 49.68, with Patricia Hall of Jamaica finishing second in 50.71. Javier Culson of Puerto Rico won the men's 400m hurdles in a world-leading time of 47.94, and Trinidadian Jehue Gordon came in second in 48.78 ahead of Dai Greene and Justin Gaymon.

World champion Yohan Blake of Jamaica opened his international campaign with a time of 9.90 to win the men's 100m A race, catching and beating Trinidadian Keston Bledman (9.93) on the line. Curiously, American Tyson Gay won the B race in an impressive time of 10.00, but chose to avoid Blake.
The women's equivalent saw Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser blow away the competition with a time of 10.92, ahead of Americans Tianna Madison (10.97), Carmelita Jeter (11.05), Allyson Felix (11.07), and Trinidad's Kelly-Ann Baptiste (11.07).
Churandy Martina of Curacao won the men's 200m in a time of 19.94, ahead of Jamaicans Nickel Ashmeade (19.94), Warren Weir (20.08), and Marvin Anderson (20.21). Ashmeade led for most of the race before being pipped on the line by a fast-finishing Martina.
American T'Erea Brown won the women's 400m hurdles with a time of 54.85, while Jamaicans Kaliese Spencer (54.91), Nickeisha Wilson (56.29), and Ristananna Tracey (56.43) came second, fifth and sixth respectively. Lugelin Santos of the DOminican Republic won the men's 400m A race with a time of 45.24, with AMerican Jeremy Warriner second (45.30), and Chris Brown of the Bahamas third (45.35).
Russia's Olga Rypakova won the women's triple jump with a leap of 14.71, while Jamaican Kimberley Williams came second with 14.45. Jesse Williams of the US won the men's high jump with a leap of 2.36, while Bahamian Trevor Barry came third with 2.31. New Zealand's Valerie Adams won the women's shot put with a throw of 20.60, while Trinidadian Cleopatra Borel came fourth (18.19) and Jamaica's Zara Northover seventh (16.01).
Jamaican Kateema Riettie came eighth in the women's javelin.

At the Paris Diamond League meet, the men's 100m failed to live up to expectations. Americans Tyson Gay (9.99) and Justin Gatlin (10.03) finished 1-2, ahead of Christophe Lemaitre of France (10.08), but in times that won't frighten the Jamaicans, as the commentator put it.
Botswana's Amantle Montsho won the women's 400m in 49.77 ahead of Jamaican Novlene Williams (49.95), and Leevan Sands of the Bahamas won the men's triple jump with a leap of 17.23m. Yelena Sokolova of Russia won the women's long jump with a leap of 6.70m, with Britain's Anguilla-born Shara Proctor second with 6.65m.
Sally Pearson of Australia won the 100m hurdles in 12.40, and Kenyan David Rudisha won the men's 800m in 1:41.54.

It was a wet and miserable weekend at the London Diamond League meet in Crystal Palace, and a number of top athletes withdrew either before or during the meet, including Asafa Powell, Lerone Clarke, Liu Xiang, Kim Collins, Brigitte Foster-Hylton, Phillips Idowu and Greg Rutherford.
One of the highlights of the meet was the men's 400m, which was won by Grenadian Kirani James in 44.85 just ahead of Chris Brown of the Bahamas (44.95). Trinidad won the sprint relay in a time of 38.23, ahead of the Netherlands.
Tyson Gay won the men's 100m in 10.03, ahead of American compatriot Ryan Bailey (10.09) and Jamaicans Nesta Carter (10.13) and Michael Frater (10.15).

At the Monaco Diamond League meet, another Jamaican who failed to qualify for the Olympics won the men's 200m. This time it was Nickel Ashmeade, who won in a time of 20.02, ahead of Curacao's Churandy Martina (20.07) and American Wallace Spearmon (20.09).
Grenada's Kirani James had to settle for second in the men's 400m in 44.76, behind Jonathan Borlee of the Belgium (44.74).
The women's triple jump was won by Katarina Ibarguen (14.85) ahead of Jamaica's Kimberley Williams, who finished a good second with a leap of 14.50.
Melaine Walker of Jamaica had to settle for third in the women's 400m in a season's best 54.44, behind winner Hejnova (54.12) and Lashinda Demus of the US (54.26).
Grenada's Kirani James had to settle for second in the men's 400m in 44.76, behind Jonathan Borlee of the Belgium (44.74).
