I think the English will prepare pitches conducive to the 50 over game.
IMO England are no better than the WI and morseso now that Pietersen is gone.

i not too worried about de conditions...after de first few overs of swing/seam english pitches does be nice to make runs. even in de Tests, it was not really de conditions dat was de reason fuh de poor performance (except fuh de spinners/cold), especially since all de pitches flattened out reasonably quickly. de failure was simply down to incompetence
AGREED. except i would say even wit KP England is still no better dan WI

ICC rankings is bullshit...especially fuh limited overs. de rankings does go over time an WI have not been strong, but if yuh look at de current set up an players i believe we can beat any team if we play to we best
look how england T20 rank #1...anybody really tink england have de best T20 team? not a chance

Australia are #1, England #4, and WI #8.
WI did very well in the ODI series against Australia and I think they will do well against England.

I would not call the ODI rankings bullshit but I don't take them as gospel.

same WI team yuh mean?
i would say de core is de same, but (in my mind anyway) plenty of we players have matured...
Russell has come on in limited overs
Sammy lower order battin has improved
Pollard has matured an played some good knocks
Gayle was been blitzin in T20 all over de world
Roach has improved
Narine has been found
DEVON SMITH IS GONE
between now an last year i would say we limited overs squad has improved HUGELY...others may disagree but like i say, i have immense confidence in we limited overs squad an i believe we could beat anyone
