not looking for excuses, nor up and dong or right and lef' etc. yuh mus' be looking for wat happened di'ze all..wat took place.

and in ferreting dat out you have look fuh credibility. yuh have to trust your experience and your own people..especailly after a longterribe historical experience and exposure to white people to help us judge who is fuh real and who is not.

Truth #1 - WI got a buss arse in 75/76 because Oz had a better pace bowling attack
Truth #2 - WI exacted revenge for that buss arse by subsequently going to Oz and whipping their arse. At that point our pace attack was better than 75/76
Truth #3 - WI have never won a test series against SA. We had opportunities but some might have been derailed by infighting etc. Was there not a rumour about a fight on the plane going to or from SA.

What happened was that we were beaten by a better team. In England despite the weather we were beaten by a better team. No disgrace in that.
