sure..that is likely the case..one moving up the other going down. the trick it still to discern the relative level of strength such movements represent.
it is not too problemtic in the case of the one moving up. we know they are going to be good..just ow good is the question. good enough to cut west indies arse.
surely so... for west indies will soon be declining again given the high ages of its star players and their movement off stage soon, with no likely replacements in sight

LOL i remember when a certain skunt was saying NZ "were gonna cut our arse"..then look what we done to them? THEY ONLY WON ONE ODI GAME IN THE WHOLE TOUR!!
, but that posters don't have a clue about cricket anyway, now let me also talk about whats happening between SL and NZ now, SL are pretty much in decline, their best batsmen who all came through together and created one of the best batting line ups in a generation are past their best now and it's showing BIG TIME, SL will only get worse from here because the truth is they haven't got many young, quality batsmen coming through like we have,
As for NZ, i think our win against them is looking better by the day, we beat them easy but their attack has really started to improve now, Southee has been a revelation and Boult is getting better and better, and once you have an attack that can take wickets you're always gonna have a chance, once Sammy is finally gone i see us having a great attack too, and Roach, Narine, Permaul, Holder, Johnson, Cotterrell, Gabriel and Rampaul will be the ones who make up most of that attack.

There is only one West Indian player with a "high" age.

ignoring the nose poker-in where deh are not wanted..33 is not a great age to be...2, 3 years at max remains for most of those who reach dat age.

Really? I could see Best going to his late 30s. The man string as an ox and fit as a fiddle. Sammy too.
