but I would not leave out the necessary staff..physio..media etc. you have to include the skills that the development of the game makes necessary
their is a law in physic that establishes form and function as co-existent..and as need arise the form appears to execute the needed function in order for the whole to go on. physios, media men, sports psychology..a mice name for analysing you opposition the bet to cut deh arse on the field nut starting in the conference room about how they think, how they stop in the minds
but the captain is the man for the cricket. di'ze how the game evolved and it wasn't broke. the manager is not necessarily for the cricket but he can play a role depending on the man and his capabilities.
