the saffies are the best side in the world...
the Oz have declined..maybe declining still. the Oz are no match for the english at this time...but the english are maybe about 4 in the real rankings behind Lanka and pakistan.
watching the english and the saffies play a better brand that the westindies at this time of course. but I dont like either side. but I do recognise they are better that we are. that shud be understood, taken for granted.
the westindies wont last long against these saffies but I do believe this westindies side is much better than what Gibbo and sammy get out of it.
in sync with itself, balanced, better led, comfortable, this westindies side will give a consistent account of itself against any side in the world.
but it is ridiculous for the saffies to make 637 for 2 against england man..in conditions in which england cant cross 400 one and 300 the second time.
enlnad is weak at 5 and 6 against good opposition. Bell and Bopara are bullies..period. Bell is a lil better than Bopara but not by much.
Braod is not a real opening strike bowler. england needs one such. and I consider Bresnan to be not much. using results agains Gibboos westindians is no way to judge a player. it would be better in my opinion iof england focused on Finn.

I also rate south africa as the best test side in the world now....
