The proposal was " overwhelmingly rejected ". So I'd guess that's something like 15 - 2.
Even the clever fool and the dunce must now realise their alligence of convenience is founded on conflicting interests, so like the WICBC, will dissolve into history.

Yes it's disappointing that that aspect of his proposal has seemingly been rejected...but the main objective was always to get MORE games for the first class players and also provide coaches and a more professional environment for them to develop in. The one way to get passed the franchise system is to host an u23 competition for the players who are left on the sidelines by their respective senior teams...i know it's something Pybus would like to do and i see it happening in the future hopefully.
