Reifer performed in the PCL so I don't have a problem with that selection. My issue is that Singh performed worse than Blackwood in the PCL so on what basis was he selected? On what basis was Powell picked ahead of Kyle hope? What evidence is there that any of these guys will be better than Samuels? I don't see it.
BWAHAHAHA massa mike still CRYING over di JAMAICAN getting dropped IN JAMAICA?
So let me tear his FEEBLE argument apart again. So if Kyle Hope should have been picked, does that mean Cariah, Hodge, Ambris, Hamilton Alleyne should have been picked ahead of Blackwood and Samuels YOU BIASED DUNCE?
And btw..Hetty had a BETTER average than Blacky in di PCL this season

Er Shiv deserved to be dropped because the man was NOT seeing the ball properly at that time and was a walking wicket as a result. His current form in the PCL and county cricket is commendable, but that is NOT test cricket.
look here, haul you skunt!
a blind Shiv is better that 90% of this team!!!!!!!!!!

Gabriel to Misbah-ul-Haq, no run, dropped! Dug in, feisty delivery, gets Misbah hopping and it comes of the glove and body before looping towards short leg, where Vishaul Singh gets down but can't hold on! It looked like he had it in his grasp the but ball squirmed free as he landed

Gabriel to Asad Shafiq,
OUT, got him, quick and bouncy and takes the outside edge! Third wicket for Gabriel, he's chiseled out Shafiq

Pakistan picking up the run rate and unless West Indies tighten things up will be in at lunch looking at a steadily increasing deficit!
With an hour to go to lunch and notwithstanding the play lost due to rain my reckoning is that there are now only two likely results in this game: (1) Draw (2) Pakistan Victory

Joseph & Gabriel vying to take the remaining two wickets to finish with a five wicket haul; though four apiece won't be bad either.

West Indies 286
Pakistan 386/9 (130.2 ov)
Pakistan lead by 100 runs with 1 wicket remaining in the 1st innings
The 9th wicket was a run out so there will be no 5-wicket haul for anyone. At the risk of boring everyone I hafi repeat that ... notwithstanding the play lost due to rain my reckoning is that there are now only two likely results in this game: (1) Draw (2) Pakistan Victory.
How many overs left in the day? How many catches have West Indies dropped?

I wonder if folks are happy with this performance....
1) Several catches dropped.
2) Old man Misbah, a 42 year old, scores 99 not out, and yet the fools in the WICB force Shiv into retirement.
3) Pakistan make 407 all out in response to our 286 all out. How many wickets will we lose erasing that deficit?
4) Quite right, howzdat...we have no chance of winning this Test. Once again, we're hanging on for a draw.
5) Three wickets each for Joseph and Gabriel. At least that's a positive....

West Indies 286
Pakistan 407 (138.4 ov)
Pakistan lead by 121 runs with 0 wickets remaining in the 1st innings
It is now quite simple. West Indies must bat 4 sessions to save this match.

If is any how datz can be counted as being a 'folks', then them other folks can take it as read that the answer is a resounding NO. And is no way that windians & windiannas anxiety is over in this match!
