I see nuf man excelling demselves uttering adjectives of praise for CG's performance today. Personally, I wouldn't waste my breath dat way and get all het up over anything he does on the cricket field.
Chris Gayle is Chris Gayle and tomorrow he could as well play in a bewildering manner and mek a duck!

Bally, yuh mean my unreserved regard fuh the Don's performance was too subtle
.
Dear www, I would like to highlight that the subject of my post was: Congrats: Chris Gayle, living it large, scored 85 today!. Note the exclamation mark - inserted as a point of PRAISE
... ah hope you didn't miss the 'Congrats'. Note also that I stuck to the facts
And somewhere down at the bottom of my post I said, "Well done Gayle in winning effort." mentioned unreservedly as a point of PRAISE
. Thank you.
Before I go,
Congrats: Chris Gayle, living it large, scored 85 today!
Bally seh dat i must stick to today so dat will be all till next time
Howzdat BallOil? Better I hope.

Big Bashing It: Last season they see'd nay Thunder

Remember last season? No, here's a refresh ...
howzdat wrote:...Chris Gayle lived it up large; Sydney Thunder went winless.
And then there was howzdat, the clumsy headline writer:
howzdat wrote:
New South Wales were looking forward to a Gayleforce showing, instead they see'd nay Thunder at all from him.(Just about works if you say it with a Scottish accent)
Well for this upcoming Big Bash League we are invited to take note and ask whether...:
After
a disastrous first two seasons made the Sydney Thunder a laughing stock. Will they get it right in 2013?.
I wish to point out that the term 'laughing stock' is not my own but that of Daniel Brettig an assistant editor at ESPNcricinfo. But I did have a wail of a time at Chris's 'bad patch'
But as we know right now Chris is engaged in the ipl, so as they say, "watch this space"

howzdat wrote:With 12 needed off the final six balls. Rampaul hits the first for a SIX. The second goes for a single. The third for another single, Ravi back on strike. The fourth goes for two. Raviv back on strike (2 needed off 2 balls). And they get one off the last, keeper fumbles. Super over time. Well done Ravi.
Gayle faces. 1, 1, 1, 0, 6 hit by de Villiers, 6 hit by de Villiers thus putting up something on the board for RCB to defend.
