WICB please explain how you have come to the conclusion that Sarwan is unfit and yet he has been playing injure free for months. Who carried out Sarwan's fitness test, Dr Hunte or Dr Hilaire?
That statement was issued on July 15. The team for Sri Lanka was picked three months later.

In the interim, Sarwan played in Guyana's every match in the regional T20 tournament, the Champions League in South Africa and the WICB's 50-overs tournament without so much as a headache (save those brought on trying to make something of an ordinary team).

Bravo: Sarwan loss is huge

West Indies and T&T all rounder Dwayne Bravo says that not having Ramnaresh Sarwan in Sir Lanka is a major blow for the West Indies. Bravo said the number-three batsman is crucial in a tour like the upcoming one to Sri Lanka and his loss will be felt. “With the pitches down there expected to favour the spinners, Sarwan would have been very useful to us. I cannot understand why he can’t be selected for the tour but all we can do now is to try to do our best for our team and make up for the loss of his batting and general cricket experience.”

Snoop...if Sarwan non selection is beyond the boundary...

What about equal opportunity of employment? Did WICB voilate any laws with the omission of Sarwan?
