Dear Mr Imran Khan,

I had the opportunity to look at your web site today and became perplexed at what I saw thus my questions .
I am hoping you are kind enough to answer them .

WICB Directors

Can you advise me of the number of meetings per year the WICB of Directors have ?

Can you advise the cost of each meeting or the annual costs of such ?

WICB OFFICE

I notice 30 individuals employed by the WICB , do you have others Sir, in various islands
full time or part time .

Can you give me the costs of these 30 personnel on a yearly basis plus benefits ?.

If you have others in various islands can you give me the yearly cost of such individuals and
which islands they are located in ?


TEAM OPERATIONS UNIT

I noticed 8 personnel employed are there others at this unit not listed here ?

Can you give me the cost on an annual basis for such a unit ?


SELECTION COMMITTEE

I was under the impression this comittee consisted of 3 individuals , I didnt see any announcement of Alternate selectors, is there a reason why Sir? Are there additional costs associated with such selectors?

Can I get the cost for such on an annual basis ?


OTHER COMMITTEES

I have listed them below can you give me and idea what they do, are there costs involved and the totals individually of each committee on an annual basis .

Mr Khan ,I am not interested in a copy of your financial statement. I think before funds are spent a budget is prepared , then reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors . I am sure you must have various tabulations ie every 3 months to see how the funds are being spent and the accounts brought up to date .In essence spending vs budget.
This way one can see if we are going to fall within budget or overruns,our trial balance
and monthly bank reconciliation would raise red flags if a problem is about to happen , upon reviewal.

Your Chief Financial Officer should have these numbers I have requested at finger tips , so it shouldnt be difficult in obtaining them.

I noticed in statements the WICB is calling for transparency , this should fall within those guidelines.

yes! those guys were tuff regional bullies!

williams got a big chance at the top. Sebastien got none! Williams had a terminal flaw that was ruthlessly exploited at test level. he coudl never adjust.
