As a matter of priority, newly-installed chairman of the Urban Development Corporation (Udecott) Jearlean John is planning to investigate whether contractors are still liable to repair infrastructural defects in the construction of the $1 billion Brian Lara stadium.

meh hear he is busy trying to sort out Socafighter...
them just pissing all T&T oil money down the drain... I think this will go on for a while... It will not fix just suh

dat projec' was a soup-drinker projec' from the start. even as it fall apart de soup-drinker array still in place, lookin tuh drink some more.

in the meantime I will commentate and pontificate and generally kerry orn, ready to roll if rolling time come. but the roll have to be heavy, all man involve or none at all!
