Bassarath endorses Ramsaran appointment

Azim Bassarath, president of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB), yesterday hailed the appointment of Manohar Ramsaran as the new TTCB administrative manager.

“He’s the former Minister of Sport and has been associated with cricket for quite some time. Having served in the highest capacity in local sport, if he can manage an entire Ministry then he can manage our affairs too,” he said.

The TTCB boss is confident Ramsaran, who was also an administrator at Monroe Road Cricket Club, will do an excellent job as he has a passion for the sport.
