St John’s, Antigua– The West Indies Cricket Board announces the appointment of retired Assistant Commissioner of Police of Guyana, Paul Slowe to the post of Security Manager.

he is a Burnhamite then, like a gairyite..which is the type hunte and hilaire seems to mirror.
