I remember this vaguely, was in South Africa right? There were a number of people calling for Seeram and they are quite mute on this matter now. Seeram had to go anyways, but we have to be consistent across the board. the problems are as follows:
1. A cricket administration/board that is dysfunctional and in complicated by mass political interference.
2. The players are not mentally prepared from the grass roots level....they have nuff talk and little substance.
3. Players are not working hard enough at their art...
4. The general standard of cricket has declined sharply
