With Guyana finished at bottom of the barrel under coach Harper, is he the right man for the job?

Did the Guyanese get the names mix up with Roger and Mark? Roger would be a better coach than his brother.

I remember this vaguely, was in South Africa right? There were a number of people calling for Seeram and they are quite mute on this matter now. Seeram had to go anyways, but we have to be consistent across the board. We can’t afford to be selective while our cricket in dire straits.

What is your take on Mark while you at it? What do you think is the problem with this team?

the problems are as follows:
1. A cricket administration/board that is dysfunctional and in complicated by mass political interference.
2. The players are not mentally prepared from the grass roots level....they have nuff talk and little substance.
3. Players are not working hard enough at their art...
4. The general standard of cricket has declined sharply
