WICB revenues fell by almost 50%...

The West Indies Cricket Board experienced a fall off in revenues by almost 50% last year.
Audited financial statements for the period which ended September 2010, revealed that revenues dropped from US$48 million to US$24.2 million.

looks like we will go belly up anytime now...
No wonder people are left stranded at the airport, where the airline refusing to board the jet until the ticket is paid .

Hilaire already explained that due to us only having one home series against SA last year at home we were bound to make loses, but after signing a deal with ESPN, getting a new shirt sponsor with WoodWorm and also having two home series against Pak and India coming up he expects the money to come rolling in this year!!..but no doubt you won't believe him!!

don't trust anyone when money is concerned. When we see the audited books we will believe it.
However, this is another good reason to boycott the home series.

Fans (Customers) have a say too.. we should send a message to the boar by staying away from the games.
Letting Gibson go we can save 300K off the bat..
