9 Gayle scoring nuff runs, taking wickets and making money in the IPL
10 WE complaining about all these events

has Gibson's arrival done well for the West Indies and we will see the results later or he will soon follow Dyson, king and the others. why are the senior players so pissed off with Ottis and why he has not responded to all that is happening????? WHATS UP COACH ?

Claro, this started before all you have listed. Remember the central contracts, captaincy, etc, issues. Hilaire has his hands in this too...

Opiss was picked as coach because he is "Yes" man...to H&H...soup licker!

Spot on... Its stemming from WICB and they should be accountable and transparent. I honestly think the board needs a re-org if not it will be the same ole BS going in circles.

What is even more shameful is no where else in the world, in professional sport this is allowed!!!!
all these years of changed board administration,coaches,captains and the results are the same.It is time for the West Indian people to do something to stop this masquerade!!!!!!!!

Dyson himself complained that the players didn't like to train and they lacked discipline, Gibbo was schooled in one of the best environments in world cricket aka the England set up, he was doing really well with them and the players had HUGE RESPECT for the man, so he comes to the caribbean and these same skunts who have been failing WI for years start to bawl because they are finally being challenged and held accountable for their shocking performances,

NO PLAYER IS BIGGER THAN THE TEAM, but the way some skunts act you'd think the world had ended once their "favorites" had been dropped, the same "favorites" who embarrassed us in the world cup just the other day ,

Gibbo is no fool, he's trying different things in an effort to move WI forward, we've been standing still for so long so what the feck have we got to lose? if he'd stuck with the status quo we wouldn't be seeing Simmons, Bishoo, Darren, Russell etc in the team!!, progress was never gonna come over night, but as long as we continue to show the kind of gutsy performances in the Tests like we did in Sri-lanka then he'll have my backing.

my problem is not with Gibbo being coach neither players being discipline,it is with the way these professionals (Boards,selectors,coaches,players) are handling various issues with vendetta not professionalism. We the fans don't follow WI and pay our money for all this soap-opera if we want this we will look at Y&R,B&B or Days of our Lives. Gibbo and de selectors dropping these players and implementing all these new structures will not change anything if the Board,selectors,coach and players attitudes dont change towards each other.

Well i suggested on CC.com before that we the fans need a proper supporters group to air our views to the board and players, but no-one was interested!!, now all of a suddenly people want to protest because Shiv got dropped? these "fans" who are bawling don't really care about the future of WI cricket, they just care about certain individuals in the team, that's it!!.
