The occupation of the crease by Shiv was masterful! Shiv soldier on for almost four hours while wickets falling all around of him. Every ball Shve faced today was deadly on this pitch, and the Pakistani couldn't get him in the second inning. Yet, we have mooks here talking crap

Tek a bow Shiv, holding both innings together, especially the second was a gem.

don't know what you talking bout bro but it seems to me that shiv was protecting his avg he exposed bishoo to some real good bowling by the pak bowlers every opportunity he got looks like he was interested in being not out more than anything else imo.

spot on bro... Tiger had the Pakistanis bowling them hand out ....

Shiv and Bisho 48 partnership was just what the doctors ordered. Without those much need runs WI wouldn't have enough to defend.
Lets put this innings in context.. Shiv came to the wicket in the 14 over when Simmons fell and WI was 47/4. He batted thru the innings to the 62nd over. Between those 47 overs, WI put on 105 runs, with Shiv 36, Bish 24 and 27 extras.. The three top scorers accounted for more than 50% of the 2nd innings...

Shiv and Bishoo did the work with the bat. Bishoo was inspired by Shiv's presence and went on to a healthy score. This team needs Shiv.

you are entitled to your opinion but a man with a bat in his hand is a batsman, granted he might be selected as a bowler. Shiv can only play one end. Hiding the other batsmen would just take away their confidence and thus folded. It looks like Bishoo batted with the confidence Shiv gave him. You have to admit that the Pakistanis bowling was deadly on that pitch in the 2nd innings.

lol Shiv innings was a jem lol... a inning where he was clearly out Run out when he was like on 5 runs or so,, if not for the home crowd and a little bit of home cooking , the third umpire ruled him not out.. If that was a Pakistan batsman,, we wouldn't stop hearing the crying..
And this is from a person who is the biggest fan of Shiv. Hope he bats better in the next game.
