Does it make sense?
When it rains in Guyana, it really rains....
After all, it's a stone's throw from the Amazon rainforest.
Should the matches in the world 20/20 champs have been played in Trinidad or Antigua instead?
And in return, the ODIs and 20/20s for the Saffer tour could've been shifted to Guyana....

Mike..I think only Guyana, Barbados and St Lucia were the ones that made bids to host the World T20... So there wasn't an option to schedule games in Trinidad and Antigua (Plus Antigua didn't have clearance for the Sir Viv beach back then
)
on a side note, I think there is a drought going on in that region so some might welcome the rain while the cricket fans cuss ..
